Oskar at his second birthday party in 2015

Oskar is turning 3 years on old on July 4th!!! we are going to have a surprise birthday party for him. It is a sad day today because of the Yulin meat festival that is going on in China now.  They celebrate by eating dog meat and we think that is just plain cruel and stupid!

It's hard to like people that do that sort of stuff and I can't help feeling disgusted by them.  It's really sick and hard to believe that in this day and age this kind of behavior is allowed. China does not care about it's people so why should they about their dogs?  Really makes you think about that country.

We keep praying that things will be better for all animals in the world.  We need God's help with that.
